Request a donation from the ISC with this Donation Request Form.  After completing, please drop this form off at the ISC Office, located in Newcomb Hall, and email it to Jessica Arndt, Vice President of Administration, at jma2ea@virginia.edu.

Funding requests should demonstrate the ways in which your program is directly targeted at the ISC community and/or how ISC members will benefit from it.  Please include a breakdown of expenses that would be covered by the requested donation amount.
